Back from Greencastle and happy to see us progress. Marty Conway, John McCullagh and Enda Clarke played brilliantly. Thought Moortown to very rough at times, with 3 heavy hits on wee John. Collie Tuohey made two fantastic saves, but was eventually subbed half way throught 2nd half after a heavy hit.

Good performance, but wouldn't be good enough for Cookstown, but we have room for improvement and I think we can...

Met the fox. He was intoxicated as usual, roaring about Intermediate football being too high profile and it gets in the way of his favourite - hop scotch.
Take the blinkers off the keeper got hurt trying to take young Heron out. He had to come off before the goalkeeper did. Moortown put in a few late ones as did Greencastle, it is championship football what are we expecting?

I am from Tyrone and would have to agree with the majority, the column is terrible same old drivel every week the IN must be dissapointed. Their own fault though as they should have known better than recruiting a current manager to do it. Fair play to Mickey tell them nothing ;D ;D

Just on all these teams with Quinn out and Mcmenamin in the corner, Mcmenemin has'nt played there since 07 as he does not have the pace to follow nippy corner forwards and gives more out the field, thought Jordan was destroyed. We have to remember that the dubs beat kildare with 14 men and look at them yesterday so the form line for us aint great. I would be very worried about Cork though we have a manager more than capable of implementing a strategy to negate them.

Is this a joke Hughes is a very poor referee, he always leaves people talking about his performance he only played 2 minutes last nite there were at least 4 and the Meath goalkeeper must have wasted 30 secs on each kickout and what a kickout!!!

Tyrone86 are you from Ardboe?  How is Mickey getting on?

Would Niall Conway every get involved with Tyrone football?  He did a great job of the Antrim lads, with the pool of players he was working with.

wee niall has had more clubs in tyrone than adebayor  ;D he did well in the rock and not so well in moortown ::)

Why Gourley? Kildare are full of pace and Gourley is one of the slowest about PJ will be there look at the antrim match again 7 points from frees and 4 from play 3 of them in the last few minutes! O'Neill will be there as well form is temporary, class is permanent.

Just thought the main difference today was antrims decision making on the ball, they were having to do things quicker than they have been used to. They will only improve from today and should not fear Kerry. From a Tyrone point of view a hard game over and hurdle jumped. The team has a lot to work on but that is not a bad thing, several players are capable of better and will hopefully show what they are made of. It will be good to get back to Croke Park.

Some interseting results. Great win for Rock as apparently they have 5 or 6 main players unavailable. Derrylaughan got it easy against Clann Na Gael should be an interesting Championship tie. Good start for Cookstown in a tricky away fixture.
