The key to success is to be consistently competitive -- if you bang on the door often it will open

As you can imagine I'm a bit spoilt for choice when it comes to great days out following the Kingdom, but......

The 1978 final , My first final in Croker was brilliant. The Hat-trick for the Bomber and and Egan's lob and Sheehy's chip live long in the memory.

Also the 4-in-a-row final in '81 and Jacko's match winning rocket was another great day.

like oneils say, when SON scored at the end of the 2003 final, but for me final whistle 2005 just about topped it.
95 ulster semi has to get a mention aswell
I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look good either

Archie Mitchell

The '03, '05 and '08 finals were all equally special for me, but the game that stands out was the '05 AISF v Armagh when Canavan hit the winning free in injury time. The atmosphere that day was unbelievable and the game was end to end. Also fitting that Paddy Russell gave the free considering he screwed Tyrone over in 1995.

ulster semi 95 v derry

Hurling: 1989 AISF v Offaly

Football: toss up between Down 2000 (first win in 18 years) or beating cavan to get to first ulster final in my lifetime.
