Clans will be looking for a new manager this year aswell. But they won't be paying anyone a shilling. It will most likely be someone within the club.

Would there be many teams in Armagh that would pay managers? Do the clubs by law have to advertise the jobs in the paper or can they just keep it internal???

heard a rumour after the cross defeat about who it might possibly be, did you hear anything?

So called Republicans on this board and in general in the North of Ireland need to take their heads out of the sand or in the case of pints, take your head from up your own arse and have a look around you. Northern Ireland is still part of the UK, in fact the union with Britain is probably stronger than ever. Ireland now has no constitutional claim over the six counties. Idiots fantasists like Donagh can bullsh*t all they want about smashing the system from within, but we cannot get away from the fact that Sinn Fein are now happily administering British rule in the North of Ireland and they are a laughing stock in the South. The IRA have gone away, they have surrendered their arms and been disbanded. Thanks to Adams & Co. Republicanism is nothing more than a romantic ideal. We wont see a United Ireland in my lifetime or indeed the lifetime of anyone on this board.
I hate Britain with a passion, I hate everything about it and what it stands for. I`ve just watched a cheating black british racing driver cheat his way to the FIA world title. I managed to say that without using the N word. I hate the fact the the RIR are parading round Belfast today after their time in Iraq/Afghanistan, but I have to accept that Belfast is still under British rule and will continue to be so indefinitely. Sinn Fein are not only kidding themselves, but each and every idiot that votes for them, by saying anything different. Sinn Fein seems to have divided loyalties these days, they are torn between the Crown and the half crown. Either way they are still taking the queens shilling.

I came on here to put my appraisal of the gi up and Gs man hit the nail completely on the head... fcukin spide central last night. Smoking away and doing coke like mad inside the place. "Aye Oasis fuckin' lefal mate" Were they hell... awful performance neither of them barely broke breath to the crowd and look like a band going through the motions, I would have had just as much enjoyment watching familiar to millions at home and at least there was a bit of personality to them then.

I was thinking of heading to Slane but I'm put right off that idea now. They need to put some effort into the thing rather than churning out the same thing every night.

i was surrounded by spides. they arent half ive waving their mits in my face every 30 seconds... although this is the magic of Oasis, even spides like them.. small price to pay, brilliant night

Me and four other mates were in the o'neills shop about 2 yrs ago where there was a sale on. we decided we'd all buy the same antrim tracksuit for a laugh. we then wore them to renshaws, to pull women lettin on we were members of the antrim u21 football team!

It must be a helluva status symbol, being a member of the Antrim U-21 football team.........

having had a quick look at this thread I think the best thing the young man can do is play the field a bit. Go out, get rat up, and do a bit of work. aim really low, boggers, even a fat ride will do. while ur dartin the lass the only thing running thru ur mind will be how the fcuk did i end up with this moose. you will then be left with no option but to go out the next few nights and redeem yourself by pulling a half decent - to good looking blade. not only does this method keep you busy these cold autumn evenings, but it will also keep your mind off the ex. good luck big son

I had a mate who used to go to Lacey's with us years ago....he always ended up with a real fat yoke at the end of the night. I asked him why he always went for a heifer....his reply was that..."Fat girls were always mad for it cos they dont know when they are gonna get it again.... plus the fact nobody gonna steal her off you".....sound reasoning I suppose

fat yokes need lovin too yano. have to admit in first year of uni i chopped one myself (stocious), without doubt the worst ride ever..
