Can someone teach them southerners how to drive? The A1 was incredibly dangerous today. The number of southern regs sitting in the overtaking lane at 55-60mph for miles and the number of good god-fearing northerners who felt the need to undertake.

Has totally ruined the Fleadh for me.

Though I did see a young man carrying an O'Brien's, Foreglen kit bag through Royal Hillsborough.

Had the pleasure of playing on their old pitch in the 80s. Interesting occasions.

Really enjoying the show. That all-female group was brilliant.

Told ourselves the kids would be a total pain at it, but having wandered round at lunchtime the past week while working, I'm ditching the excuses and heading in tomorrow afternoon with them. Might bring the old feadóg mhór with me and join in!

Our near 6 year old and 2.5 year old having a great time at it. No more difficult than usual. Young fella slept in the pushchair for about an hour which is less than he needs but it got him through the afternoon. Loads on for them.

Number 3 is due in January and we've already decided we're coming back for the lot of it and basing the entire holiday around it. Hotel Granny and Granda has been told it's not to close any time soon.

Yeah. Think next year I'll take the Monday off after the first day, the Friday off at end of week and the Monday after final day to relax!

My 9 year old nephew has been learning the fiddle under the tutelage of Granda Puck. Granny and Granda took the bus up today and Granda put the word in my brothers ear after their day that next year him and the nephew will be playing. Sounds like a superbly run event with lots of creative and welcoming space for the next generations and even the generations after that. Would love to take it in.

Presume that was Piaras Larkin?  Unreal singer and a lovely young lad. He did a song Sean Gabha with the RTÉ symphony orchestra a few weeks ago,  I would urge you to listen to it,  it's is mind blowing!

I'll listen to him live! I was eating a burger on the steps of the cathedral and having discovered him a mere two days ago you couldn't miss his voice coming over the speaker from the square. Absolute magic.
