Yes omagh have brought in Paul Wood (Omagh) accompanied by Emmett Bradley (Greencastle), Wood taking over the reigns at Omagh makes sense he has a tight connection with a lot of the Omagh lads , unsure what Bradley brings to the party , time will tell.

Canavanistheman03

Malachy coyle and Tiffy Quinn taking Augher.

2 men with great experience and highly underrated pairing.

This whole outside man circus is getting worse each year, the standard of outside managers is terrible, no disrespect but some of the names linked with teams are mind boggling, years ago you would had to have achieved something as a manager before you would even be considered for an outside manager role, clubs need to put a stop to this circus.

Quote from: trueblue1234 on November 02, 2025, 08:11:54 AMAnother round of applause for the LGFA and their quest on player welfare. Now after a 7/8 week break with no games at all, the LGfA in their wisdom have decided to place the 1st round of the u16 championship less than 24 hrs after our ladies were playing an Ulster semi-final (That went to extra time). They are an absolute shambles. A disgraceful decision.
They are a shambles. Played off their senior championships (three grades).. 4 rounds in 4 weeks. And as you say months of inaction during best times of the year. Put the games on same time as men's championship games.. and refuse to co-operate or listen to any reason at all.

Tyrone Ladies County Board strikes again. Scheduled a league semi final tonight 8 days before that team is representing Tyrone in a Senior Ulster Final, not much respect shown there..

Won't listen to reason and haven't a clue. Arrogance & ignorance.

Those of you calling out the incompetence of the LGFA county board need to step up & put yourselves forward to represent your club on the county board to sort it out. There's no point complaining here

Quote from: Weegortinjoe on November 04, 2025, 12:50:07 PMAny word on any rumoured county call ups?

Hearing James Quinn from dungannon and Donovan Wilson Kildress so far.
Donovan is a classy player at club level and causes serious damage I just don't know how he would fair out at intercounty, possibly in a few years.
Mccarney has had a serious year with drumragh and would be well worth a look at in the mckenna cup. Be hard to look past the u20 all stars last year. Donnelly would be my choice at the minute however I here he is plagued with injuries.

Would Wilson not be similar profile to the Canavans /mcelhom /Mccurry? Need to bring in some height to the forward line

I understand your point. But the lad is clearly class and could change the whole team. Would like to see him and Niall mccarney from drumragh inside during McKenna cup.

You think they haven't been challenged about the fixture debacle? Might as well be talking to the wall...

Disagree, not everyone has the time to do that on top of club activities, coaching and their own life. Complaint already going forward from club.  And who knows, if there's someone from the LGFA on here perhaps they'll take note.
