He's not wrong. Last year their aim was for 3x in a row and an Ulster Championship, that was well documented within their circle. Coming away from two loses in a row in finals they were expected to win isn't a good look. With 6+ players yesterday who have played/plays county football on their starting 15 and didn't stand out on the big day says a lot.

A great league team will be be this teams legacy at this rate and due to the ageing bodies underachievers/bottlers might be fairly accurate.

He is wrong because he knows nothing about the commitment needed to win an O'Neill Cup... never mind winning three. Is easy to sit slagging off players anonymously behind a keyboard.

Huge congratulations to Loughmacrory, like all clubs an admix of people from different places with a core who have been local for generations. A truly great achievement, post match interviews were clear, they decided some time ago they were going to punch up and challenge the glass ceiling and look where it got them, inspirational

Hope the hangover isn't too severe the next few days

Would love to see them win the next day out, Kilcoo will be a tough nut to crack but Omagh is a big pitch and Loughmacrory have mobile forwards

Lough to win it by the minimum, the pressure of everything is on trillick to do it and I think that pressure will get to them.

Loughs first final and nothing to lose will help them more than hinder them.

Was thinking you would reply before Liberation considering your first 5 posts where about "the island" not hard to work out where your from. Hope you enjoyed your celebrations also which consist of singing songs about Coalisland.

Wouldn't be a clonoe fan without Coalisland living in their head rent free.

Clonoe I fancy to win Ulster by a country mile. Would like to see them go one step further than Galbally did.

Although, of course avoiding becoming a team like Galbally and earning the yoyo tag if they don't stay up next year.

Fair play to Lough, didn't see it coming and could have been a lot larger than final margin was.

The O'Kane error kept Trillick in touching distance in first half. Cathal Donaghy was immense for them and came up with big scores and crucial times.

Was surprised at how loose the Trillick defence was, particularly in 1st half.

They had a spell similar to when Kerry destroyed Armagh, won ball after ball it was impressive. Mcelholm hitting crossbar and wasteful greedy play by Gallagher meant they didnt fully capitalise. Only for goal it was double scores 12 to 6

Brennans decision on two pointer and Richie not having a lash at a goal when there was a mistake made by Lough on kickout may haunt them.

Combined age of Loughs twin threats is 39. A full year younger than two trojan Trillick panellists. Potential of that group is incredible tbh. A great day for Tyrone GAA!
