I thought the Japan goal was well taken, however some of the German goals were definitely at the top of the tree.

The Italians are getting slammed by Souness and Brady for not having any playmakers. They forget that Pirlo is out injured and is the one who makes them play well.
Some of their criticism, especially Brady's, was fair enough, but Souness claiming Cannavaro chickened out of jumping to clear that high ball, for fear that he might get an elbow, was indeed absurd.

Agree with whoever said Didi Hamman was doing well on RTE. I think he's been the best of all the pundits across the three stations so far.

Anyone else having problems trying to watch this match on the BBC website?

Catch the high ball

Nah, mine is perfect no buffering at all, one thing I wouldn't put it down to is the demand to watch it.

Could be dodgy Internet connection?

I'm having problems watching any of the matches regardless of the channel/website?

BBC is fine for me today, could not see it yesterday though, I cannot access any of ITV's streams.

Got it to work. Had to go into iPlayer rather than watch it directly from BBC Sport. Hoping New Zealand get annihilated. Got them in a sweep, so will get a few pound if they concede more goals than any other team.

Yeah think he's been pretty good. Does have funny looking eyebrows though  :)

Having trouble with ITV player (apart from the loads of fecking ads).  Usually get about 10-15 mins out of it and then it gives up the ghost.
