The fact that the PSNI and the prosecution services got this to a trial was the surprise to me. 

We've been well used to a feeling that certain people in society are beyond the law and the tickly hand brigade look after their own and seeing this odious sc**bag with his wee fish symbol on his lapel gives hope that there is justice for all.

Apparently he was found of the bottle as well & would ring up Unionist MPs/ colleagues when in London late at night.

It will be interesting to see what comes out in the wash. Deviants are often selected and groomed by TPTB, in a place like London and with his penchant for booze,  the odds of him restricting his offending to just the two victims that came forward is low.

I didn't notice much evidence against Lady Dee, said to have opened the door and had a peep at Jeffrey abusing the young girl, another time in 2023 some vague reference to an apology text of sorts but no copy of said text presented. When I first heard of the serious charges being laid upon her I had visions of her being a version of Ghislaine Maxwell supplying a a series of young women to the voracious abuser husband.

Is there other much stronger evidence against her which we don't get to peruse at this stage? So far it just sounds to me that she was a seriously emotionally abused spouse.
