IT is probably some lost Tyrone soul, lost in a dead end civil service job of sorts, achieved  1% of one time ambition which was already at rock bottom, never ventured far from birth place, no courage to do so, maybe made it to London one summer and acquired an allegiance to Spurs or Arsenal like some losers do in order to fit in.
