In the pantheon of overseas attacking players to have excelled in England, only Thierry Henry eclipses Salah's output and consistency. While many will argue the merits of players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Eden Hazard, Gianfranco Zola, Dennis Bergkamp or Eric Cantona, none of them produced the same devastating numbers as consistently, season-after-season, as the Egyptian.

He was unreal for years but shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath as Ronaldo.

Ronaldo in the EPL has two very good seasons and one outstanding season.  (I recall him being a figure of fun on fantasy football with Baddiel & Skinner back in the day)

While he had a far better overall career than Salah and will go down as an all time great, some of the Mancs seem to forget that he really took off when he left United and he became the global superstar at Madrid. 

Salah's impact in the EPL was far greater than Ronaldo's over a longer period of time, Salah will however not be in the conversation of greatest player of all time, which Ronaldo will.

Brilliant player, certainly one of the best I've seen in the Premiership, under Klopp he was unstoppable, just for whatever reasons this year and part of last year he has fallen away, it happens to players but best Liverpool player since the premiership started

The year he was done in the CL final by your man, name escapes me, was his best year. He was unplayable. As good as he has been this last few years he was near Messi levels that year until he was wrecked.

Premier league he's been great. Not the best ever but definitely very very good and there'd be no premiership titles at anfield without him.

What a player. Should have had many more EPL medals in his back pocket. Kept himself in great nick so he could consistently deliver year on year and some years were so reliant on him for goals if he had been injured the team would have been fcuked.

I think my favourite goal of all time is that one where he cuts in on the right hand side of the box and off his left foot bends the ball past the keeper at the back post.
