Yeah, he made a mess of the whole thing.

Great opportunity for uni's to play competitive games before Sigerson Cup but Harte messed it up. Plus I think it was 3 groups of 4 or something, which worked well.

But Harte was too greedy and wanted every uni player...as if he couldn't getanother 5 good players in Tyrone club football and give them a chance.

Yes 3 groups of 4, basically as it is now with uni team in each of the groups
Was a decent system alright
Got to the stage that the Unis were getting whipped in every game though
