I've always had a soft spot for the Littlewoods Cup, Slot obviously doesn't with that team picked last night.
You only have to look at the players he picked on the bench and it would have told you all you needed to know about his feelings towards it!

Don't agree with the approach last night. It's a competitive game, fans pay and turn up expecting the manager to take the thing half seriously. A couple of first team starters off the bench wouldn't have been too much to ask.

Even more focus and pressure on the weekend.  Villa is a must win game, not in terms of any title aspirations but just to stop the run of defeats.
