The Cork Limerick camoige package included last night did no service to the sport. Cork win 6 25 to 5 yet and rte still need to show all goals including a really embarrassing one.

A poor attempt to shoehorn something in on the back of the special Congress

If they didn't show highlights there would be yapping.

A definite good move for RTE (at last) to implement the Saturday Game highlight show.

I turned on the Sunday Game highlights and I was quite perplexed to think they had only Hurling on...

Is social distancing back on The Sunday Game?
Careful now

They obviously know something

Both Flynn and McGinley look like they heed a bath and shave.
Maybe they just smell.
Play the game and play it fairly
Play the game like Dermot Earley.

Must The Sunday Game insist on giving top billing to a game that was shown live (and analysed) earlier in the day?

Captain Obvious

Should be football highlights first especially all the Leinster games that weren't covered live or streamed today.

Always amazes me. RTE have already gone to expense of sending crews, cameras and commentators to these matches and then give scant coverage.

I'm convinced the reason they give top billing to the game already broadcast is that its less work for the Sunday Game staff.

The sunday game is a dreadful progeamme on a sunday night. I cant even record it and fast forward through what i dont want to see as Virgins new box cant record rte. And tge player doesnt let you fast forward.

Its amazing how much tech we have and its still worse at times than the old ways

Captain Scarlet

I am wary of things crossing over so much but Michael Meehan as host on the GAA+ tactic show and Noel Connors and the lads doing the hurling are very good and just less stuffy and natural.

That's more for the live show, but the real issue for the highlights show is the volume of games to fit in. And then they try to shoehorn in a 'talking point' and show less than 2 minutes of a match where a camera was sent to.
them mysterons are always killing me but im grand after a few days.sickenin aul dose all the same.

Why were there no manager interviews post game on sunday? Then you had the likes of Canavan, no reflection on him, talking about Mark McHugh said but you couldn't hear what he had said? I didn't think there were any?
