Loads of clubs in the north, the daughters played for Ulster Elks, big in all the prod schools.

Have watched it at senior men's and women's over the years, the speed is frightening at times

For the Rugby Sevens fans here, that was some finish by Ireland. Down 14-7 with a minute to go and they worked two tries, the winning one with time up and needing a score at 14-12. He won't go home with a medal but some of those players like Zac Ward have had an Olympics to remember.
