Great show
So I'm hearing. Never heard of it until this week but the reviews I've seen since all seem to be fairly unanimously positive.

Milltown Row2

Watched Power on Netflix

Bit disappointed to be honest, it's a subject that could have done better.

Jell 0 Biafra

Attack on Wembley on Netflix is pretty wild.  About the crowd control clusterfuck surrounding the England/Italy Euro final.   Well worth your time.

Captain Scarlet

Watched the first 2 of Imposter: Back from the dead last night on Channel 4. Honestly don't know what to make of it and I am almost proud of myself for not Googling.

It's a mad set-up either way. Last two eps on tonight.

Who is Arthur Knight? A bookish nice guy just woken up from a coma? Or Nicholas Rossi in disguise - a sexually aggressive narcissist and one of America's most wanted? Part of True Crime on Channel 4.
In 2021, Arthur Knight awoke from a Covid coma surrounded by police claiming Knight was actually Nicholas Rossi, one of America's most wanted. What happened next?

Quote from: bennydorano on May 15, 2024, 11:39:34 PMMan in full on Netflix is very good, read some mixed reviews but I'm loving it anyway, 1 episode (of 6) to go.

Ah I'm not sure about this one. I could get on board with the Billions type plot but for me the side story in the prison didn't fit. I thought it was just OK. It's a short enough series, so worth a go.

I really enjoyed it, felt rushed at 6 episodes I thought. When it started I thought it was a Billions type thing myself but soon realised its just a character study of various male ego types, Jeff Daniels, the guy in prison and the 2 bankers.

Just finished Sugar. Not for me to be honest. Bits were good and seemed to have potential but just lacked that edge. The narrating got on my wick a bit too. Could have been so much better.

Milltown Row2

Dark Matter was melting my head a bit at the start first 3 episodes, but I'm liking it now.

Gets ya thinking about those sliding door moments !
