You'd have to question why they're so bad in the air while playing Harry Maguire whose only positive attribute is his heading ability.

There's a man in Scotstown available on a free, would command the 6 yard box, but don't tell anyone

That must be three times I've not laughed at that joke now.

Sure the Americans reckon he can't kick a ball and that's what all these fancy dan modern European managers want their keepers to be able to do.

I didnt watch this game as I was subjecting myself to another Villa collapse, but surely most united fans knew a result was unlikely here?

Newcastle are going well at the minute.  Scoring plenty of goals.  They are currently a level above that united team.

Lets see what January brings for the new manager before judgement starts proper.

By the looks of some reports January won't be bringing much in the way of reinforcement as usual for United who don't tend to typically do much in the winter window. I think the big thing for Amorim will be getting the players on the training pitch. He said in interview last night he's only had 4 training sessions with the players since joining because of the fixture load

Even if Ratcliffe was to turn on the taps, United don't have that much wiggle room under PSR I don't think.

Square Ball

Gary Nev called it last night, pound for pound the worst team in the league. Hard to disagree going on past results.
Hospitals are not equipped to treat stupid

Aaron Boone

Away to Chelsea and home to Villa are the last two fixtures in May. Not the easiest for a team in a relegation dogfight.

Southampton, Ipswich, Man United and Leicester will be battling it out for the drop.

Could go as far as saying pound for pound worst in premier league history.

3 out of Southampton, Ipswich, Man United, Wolves and Leicester will go down and it could be any of the 5.
Out of those 5 I fancy Wolves most likely to stay up, they have looked OK recently after a poor start.

J70

Feel sorry for that kid Zirkzee.

He's 23.

... and probably getting paid thick end of a quarter of a million per week to produce shite like that.

I wouldn't be shedding too many tears for any of them.
