Playing Busquets and Alonso in the same team won't unlock this Portuguese defence, surely Del Bosque must realise this? For once the pundits are correct, width is what is needed here, this game is calling out for Navas, Silva, Pedro or Mata. They need to exploit the space left by Ronaldo and get the ball to Villa as they can't handle his pace.

To be honest the Spanish aren't up to much. They will be knocked out by the first good team they meet. They will go the way of England if they get to play Argentina ir Germany in the semis.
