Quote from: Mourne Red on October 07, 2026, 11:06:54 PMTed Lasso season 4.. Probably could have left it at 3 seasons. Liked the women's team but they weren't given enough time on screen. Would give it 6/10 for the season.

Yeah it has been a bit meh.
Didn't have the same comedy or sentimentalism. Not as many likeable characters.
Still watchable - not sure what the next season will bring though.

Scene with Kingfisher song very good.

Watched the first episode of the new season of Time. Really chilling, absolutely excellent.

Verdict on Martin Sheen hosting   House of Games?

Big shoes to fill (literally)  , but I think he's warming to it

Bit of a step down from being Jed Bartlett. Presume it's Michael.

Got through them on Wednesday night, brilliant season again. Nearly could class it as a companion to Adolescence.

I dont know about the most recent series. Loved the first 2. I think they over played the roaring and shouting in the cells for this one.

Still though, they are powerfully thought provoking shows

Speaking of Keri Russell, Widow's Bay that Matthew Rhys won all the awards for us excellent.

Wasn't much word of it on this thread.

Best tv series I've seen all year. Hilarious with the odd disturbing scare thrown in. A cursed, sentient island, sea hags, killer clowns, Michael Myers-type, oddball characters galore, moral dilemmas.

The missus is dressing up as the Patricia character for Halloween.
