The only people to make anything out of this will be Kellys Inn. Waste of money. Setting this up so we can seperate our youth into two groups,  the elite who will get using this complex and the not so good who will be trained by their clubs who have been doing it for years anyhow.
All this money should have been put into coaching.  This way all kids in Tyrone could have been covered not just the so called elite ( and i would say as usual it will come down to who you are in most cases.) Just my opinion, and beleive me, im not the only person to have said this.

From the link provided by Rois it looks like capital spend is over £6million.  £2.5 million to be raised within Tyrone with the remaining taken in from funding from external sources - ambitious in today's financial setting.

In my opinion it is fabulous. We have schools primary and secondary callin us all the time looking to use facilities-this place will be ideal for them. When Peter Quinn mooted the redevelopment of Croke Park there were nay sayers also and it turned out great. The Moy will get little use also but if it develops/inspires another Peter Canavan/Conor Gormley/Des Tracey then it will be money well spent in my view.

Fair enough point if it helps good players like that but all i'm saying is from a financial perspective i've a feeling it will be a failure!

Tyroneites can be some shower for apathy. I was at a Clonoe game last year and the mantra was 'what a waste of money, sure Brocagh will never use it' by people who gave the reason for the project no thought at all.. Feck me, isn't it great that we now will have the most modern GAA centre in the country which could be the focal point for many underage and senior initiatives be it on the field or at boardroom. Tyrone schools are vibrant in terms of coaching and promotion of our Games. This can only add to that.

How do you know what exactly this will be used for? If Windmill GFC ask for a coaching course with brilliant facilitates, given that the year is 52 weeks long, do you think their wish won't be granted?
