Correct. I think Moy at home to Coalisland as 3rd placed team.
Eglish up now as well either as 2nd placed or as championship winner.
Moy home V Coalisland. Loser remains in Intermediate, Winner players Pomeroy in D1/2 Playoff game.

You sure? It used to be top 4 playoff, i.e. top 4 after the league and championship winners. May have changed

Yeah think CCC changed it this year to have only two teams in it rather than 4. Cut down on the number of games. Good decision in my opinion, if you can only finished 6th in the league you don't really deserve to be going up.
Next year I think play offs might be done away with altogether - but open to correction on this.

Eglish will fancy it now with McKenna's return but they still went to sleep for 15-20 minutes in that second half last night. A good year for both clubs in that final with promotion already secured. Will be hard to lift the Moy for Coalisland now but you never know.

Senior semi finals are excellent, you can make a strong argument for all x4 teams winning on Sunday.

Kilcoo have been hanging on in Down with tight wins as well, could be a chance for a scalp in first round of Ulster for our champions

Can someone explain to me how the hurling championship works.

Thanks

Éire Óg go into Ulster Intermediate championship... Omagh into Ulster Junior championship

Splash

To the best of my knowledge, there are 4 teams compete in the Tyrone Hurling Championship-

- Éire Óg Carrickmore
- Eoghan Rua Dungannon
- Naomh Colum Cille
- Omagh St Enda's

The 4 teams compete in a round-robin. The top 2 placed teams compete in the Senior Championship Final.

The teams that finish in third and fourth place contest the Junior Championship Final.

This year, Éire Óg beat Eoghan Rua 2-15 to 0-18 to win a 6th Senior Championship in a row. These two sides have contested the senior final for the past 4 years, and since 2005, there has only been 2 years were the senior final was not a pairing of these two.

In the Junior Final, Omagh beat NCC 2-14 to 2-09 to win their third Junior Championship in a row.

Carrickmore will now go into the Ulster Intermediate Championship, whilst Omagh go into the Ulster Junior Championship.

I would expect Carrickmore to be one of the stronger teams in the intermediate. Last year they lost to eventual champions, Carey Faughs of Antrim, on penalties, and the year before that they narrowly lost out to Donegal Champions, Setenta, by 2 points in the Ulster Final.

Omagh may find it more challenging as the Junior Championship usually has a team or two that are typically very strong but have fallen into the Junior Championship despite being more than capable of competing at a higher grade.

Good price at 21/10. Be nothing in it. The Augher scare maybe stand to Cookstown but Drumragh have a shot to nothing as very few can look past Cookstown.

Fair play to the county board for defeating the firestick cheats. Not something that even Sky could do.

The prices of entry into games and cost to watch on TV, is a major point that the county board needs to look at for next years championship. £30 to watch the hurling and intermediate championship games on Sunday. Disgrace IMO!

Can't win
We have purchased quite a few streams and have no bother with any of them.

alwaysbackthedraw

they should take the hint into why so many use the dodgy box, prices are ridiculous

Errigal and Carrickmore to win this weekend. Gonna set up the best rivalry in Tyrone football in the final.
