Goes to show what 35 years of waiting can do. I must be one of that billion that didn't see a single second of it. Watched this a handful of times now and deserves more engagements and impressions pure sport theater.

Bit odd when you have commented on it for for the last 6 or 7 months. You are an honorary member of the supporters club at this stage.

Any decent perks for that club?

I correctly called it in early December even though the triggered trio got all hot and bothered about it. The only interest left was how many games to spare Liverpool was going to win the league by.  Honestly I'm far to busy with the Inter county GAA season in full flow and with travel,work to get the opportunity to sit down and watch any Premier league game.

Lots of Liverpool fans on Twitter seem oblivious to the fact that the very mechanisms which allow them to swoop for other clubs' best players, means that sometimes this will happen to themselves.

Or perhaps they just do expect things to be different for them. I don't know why.
