New one out yesterday that must have been recorded in the last few days.

Seemed more like a love-in at times than anything, Joe constantly harping on about how he has always supported or backed Jamie in his law crusade and insinuating that they speak all the time.
'To the extreme I rock a mic like a vandal, light up a stage and wax a chump like a candle.'

Do these f**kers really believe the provos were in charge of the Garvaghy protest and that they were ready to shoot orangemen?

This place is absolutely bonkers, not helped by the media not calling out this absolute bullshit for what it is. Mental

Quote from: gallsman on October 16, 2026, 11:40:16 AMWould there have been much rugby uptake amongst the three Ards clubs?

In Belfast, historically at least, very few young Catholics would end up playing any rugby unless their parents had sent them to a rugby school. Don't know too many who'd have taken it up in later life either.

Few strange examples from our club played rugby
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

I know of several ex-gaelic footballers around Armagh who played rugby. For some reason the matches against the RUC always stood out for them  ;D

It's all about  dehumanising the Garvaghy Road residents. Straight  out of the Zionist playbook.

Does the "right to peaceful protest" extend to this Garvaghy Rd residents protest as long as the police deem it to be within the 'spirit' of the law?

Cut from the same cloth. "Religious" extremist supremacists. They would happily do a gaza on us if they could

It all stems from a case called Ziegler. The case recognises the right to peaceful protest but it's not an absolute right. So to establish if it was unlawful requires a fact specific Judicial investigation looking at the following factors.

Relevant considerations identified in the judgment included matters such as:

* whether the protest was peaceful;
* whether there was violence or any risk of disorder;
* the extent and duration of the obstruction;
* whether the obstruction was deliberate;
* the actual consequences for other road users;
* the location of the protest;
* whether the protest was targeted at the object of the demonstration;
* whether other offences were committed;
* the conduct of the protesters; and
* the circumstances in which the authorities intervened.

I foresee the next six months of my life being spent arguing over the legality of the protest

Good stuff thanks and all to the point. Does the fact that Chris Bryant intervened carry any weight on the 'unrighteousness' of the  original decision therefore adding more legitimacy to the peaceful protest?

BBC
"The Parades Commission have advised me that while it is ultimately a matter for the courts to determine, the commission is of the view that, in light of this current assessment by the chief constable, the original determination does not now have enduring legal effect."

I think it will be something that someone will definitely argue should be factored in.

Quote from: nrico2006 on October 16, 2026, 04:16:31 PMBryson got the better of Brolly on the podcast, dunno why, but I expected more from Brolly.

I listened to this over the weekend because I couldn't believe it. How can articulate Brolly be done over by binboy, but you were correct not a single blow landed on someone with virtually zero defense.

His problem is he waffles and waffles to the extent his original point is lost. Even Bryson was trolling him by saying is there a question you want to ask?

It's not rocket science over Drumcree.

Simple points like it's traditional er no it isn't as multiple routes have been used.
Orangeism won't be tolerated in UI er over 2500 parades held every year in the north hardly intolerance

None of this thrown back at Bryson.

Even the boring it's only 35 Christian pensioners etc. Brolly not once mentioned the perfectly viable alternative route that the whole district can use.

Bryson even had the gall to say he was prepared to get them down the road once and then that would be it. Brolly didn't challenge the fact he is on record saying multiple times that they would be back for more and more until the whole district got down.

He even allowed binboy to deflect the conversation onto the Irish language as if it was some sort of nationalist equivalent.

All in all it was quite pathetic. On the few occasions he did get Jamie into a corner all Jamie had to do was talk over him or ask a different question back.

As for yer man fanning did he go out to do his weekly Tesco shop or something? Literally asked 2 questions in the hour. A brick would have been as much use.

Don't think I'll be listening to another one ;D

tiempo

Joe gave Bryson the fools pardon, but from what I can tell Bryson is no fool. He might not have a 160 IQ but he's done his homework, and to that point I think he's being prepped extensively behind the scenes by the puppet masters. The podcast was a convenient sandbox and he passed with flying colours. He'll be a significant nuisance factor to CNR aspirations going forward, in the Farage style as the only thing he offers is division, no doubt in 20 years as unification becomes inevitable and imminent he'll have a Paisley style conversion perfectly timed to line his pockets further

imtommygunn

Like him or loathe him he could not have hoped for a better outcome to all of this. It was all about division and disruption and it has worked as well as he and whoever his puppet masters are could ever have hoped.

Hes only making him look more legitimate. Why is anyone bothering with a guy who has zero mandate?

I gather hes trying to do "good cop" with him. lol
