Robinson and his wing of DUP don't want to collapse Stormont it appears.

Will the Orangemen now apply for another parade seeing that the PC are deemed to have acted legally?.

No, I think they changed that after the RHI debacle.

The heads of each department stay in office, but the Office and FM and Deputy Minister would be gone.

Milltown Row2

They can go for 6 months without a deputy

So hopefully they do call it a day and stay at it for 6 months and push everything through lol

The court ruled the paraded should go through, it works under actual law not common sense law, Jamie to his annoying credit is using it to beat the taigs, only problem being that the SOS will continue to override it based on security.

Can the SOS actually ban it completely?
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

I had heard the SOS determination may result in the OO being unable to apply to walk GR, so in effect a permanent ban. *pinch of salt*

This is the likely outcome in any case, whether it shakes out in law that way is a diff matter.

Yeah I had read that.

Would imagine now that a new application (if even possible) would have to be made to the PC and even those idiots wouldn't pass it a second time.

DaleCooper

Yeah a de facto permaban if not strictly de jure.

What needs to happen is ban all parade routes refused in last 30 years or in anyway contentious.

The OO need to be broken and if they wanna play "the law" they will find that isnt gonna go their way anymore.

Is  Bwyson  speaking  for all Unionists, unionist parties and  every Orange lodge in the land?

He seems to be going on a solo run  without being  blown up.

He's doing  serious damage to the OO in particular, I feel. Especially the small country lodges  where  little to no resistance is put up about  small  village parades

trueblue1234

What are the likelyhood of either case against Boucher or Bryant being successful. I can't see how Boucher could be hit, as logic would dictate that he couldn't get the parade down the street without excessive force.
I would imagine the SoS one is a bit more nuanced. But what is the actual allegation against him?

Listen, lessening the no of trusts is no guarantee things be better. The Education Authority worse run than the Library Boards from 25yrs ago, too top heavy, very autocratic, short term savings for long term losses.Co-Ordination between different sections non existant compared to years ago.

Yep, surely even people as thick as Orangemen can see that? Vast majority of parades are left alone and no one really bats an eyelid these days, that mightnt be the case going forward.

I believe you are correct about more or less being a permanent ban.

Great clip of Chris Bryant putting Carla in her place.

The fact that they actually tweeted this clip might be symbolic of the split in the DUP.

Can only assume they didn't watch to the end before posting? I skipped her talking shite and he definitely does put her back in her box (casket) Vile woman.

Bigotry dripping out of her. Seething she is and doesn't even have the self awareness to understand how much of a hypocrite she is.

The question just needs hammered at them time and again. Over 2000 parades granted permission, why the insistence on one which has such notoreity?

Most in the north considered this a settled issue. Reminder to always get these things in writing and that should be the goal.

Abolish parades commission while we are at it.

Not only that the fact that there is a perfect alternative that is roughly the same length and wouldn't annoy anyone. So why not take that and have as many Orangemen parading with as many banners and bands as they want. The fact they would rather not do that and have a proper parade and would prefer to give up all their trappings just so they can walk down the Garvaghy road and annoy some taigs tells you all you need to know
