Bel tel suggest it's on the first ground only.

And go through each one of them if the other fails lol
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Maybe one for the wtf thread, but I see that sorry excuse of a news site the Liberal.ie looking donations to support them in Garvaghy. (Not the residents, the ones reporting) f**king disgraceful.

I haven't been following the mainstream media coverage that closely -
is Jim allister a lot less prominent over the last 2 days than we might have expected?  Or am I just fortunate not to have seen him?

There is undoubtedly a group of new unionists coming through who seem every bit as bad Campbell, Wilson, Dodds
& co.  Lockhart, Buckley & Brett are really deplorable characters.

The whole of unionism is being led by the nose by Jamie it seems- is there not even one elected rep amongst them that is prepared to challenge him in any shape or form!

Guessing hes happy to let Jamie lead the new burgeoning youth movement who will save Ulster from Michelle O'Neill [& sodomy]

Suggestion that Bryson had a short meeting in a pub in Hillsborough with someone who arrived with two CPOs.

What the absolute f**k is going on?

Brett's brother was killed by loyalist paramilitaries. I just can't comprehend that. The dup and the relationship with the lcc and he is ok with all that.

Yep the new brigade all trying to make names for themselves.

Who do you think is whispering in Jamie's ear this whole time. Do you really think Jamie has it in him to be the legal brains to represent the order.

John Larkin.
For what reason.....who knows.

"Illegal protest? its maybe not so illegal.

Article 11 of the European Convention on Human Rights protects a spontaneous peaceful assembly even where it does not comply with domestic notification requirements, particularly where the assembly is a genuine immediate response to an unfolding/current event, which it was, an interpretation is that its unlawful but thats not established and ECHR protects it apparently"

Seen this online, not that I or anyone else with half a brain give 2 fucks about British law but protest is apparently legal?

Here is a very strong argument as to why the Drumcree parade should not be allowed

""People understand and respect the role of lawful and established cultural events within community life. However, there is understandable anger when an overtly political demonstration is brought into an area despite clear local opposition and after the scenes witnessed previously.
"There is widespread concern that the same tensions and disruption could again arise if this parade is permitted to proceed.
"Residents are entitled to go about their daily lives without unnecessary disruption from what is widely viewed as a deliberately provocative parade which serves no legitimate purpose within the area.
"We strongly impressed upon the Commission that the protection of community relations and public order must come before facilitating a deeply divisive demonstration."

Yeah I mentioned this above. It's hard to tell. It's a case called Ziegler and requires a fact specific analysis of the protest.

Suggestion that residents have told Bryant to ban the march or force it down. Forcing it down would mean accepting the consequences that every contentious parade will be objected to by every residents' group, including some of the most high profile ones.

If true, Bryant must be wondering what the f**k he's done to deserve this a couple of months into his tenure.
