Alot of use men are reading too much into history. What evidence is there that this carrickmore team has more winning experience than donaghmore? We are talking about a team with plenty of all ireland medals in it at youth level. From what i seen Donaghmore played all the football on Saturday,Donaghmore by two.

The evidence has been shown when this generation of carmen lost narrowly in the final in 2022 to Errigal and were a minute or two from a final last year. Have proven that they can play in them games, Donaghmore never in them games to begin with.
He asked about winning experience and you mention two games carmen lost. Away on back to the plum ya dingo.
knit pick at the words used all ye want bud. Carmen far far more experience in big championship games than donaghmore, not for debate. Underage titles mean nothing now unfortunately.
would ya let me know how the game goes? Can't get the tv working in canavans  ;D

Carmen were absolutely horrendous tonight looked unfit and clueless for large parts of the game. They certainly won't have to worry about big ears coming home anytime soon. Donaghmore, on the other hand, were very impressive. A victory like that will do wonders for their confidence, especially with a very winnable semi-final ahead.

Off the top of my head Carrickmore were beaten by 7 points by Edendork in 2023 and also by 7 points to Omagh in 2015. Most other defeats they've had in my lifetime would have been narrow enough. Will do well to find them getting any other beating like that in their history.

I think We can finally close the curtains on the Lorcan McGarrity Tyrone experiment. Anonymous for 2 games, no score from play? Much better forward talent in the county.

Conor o'Neill and Joey Clarke amongst others immense tonight, great to see for the Red Hands..

skeog

Gerry be under serious pressure after that performance.

My da is from Beragh hence the Tyrone club interest. I've never in all my life seen a Carmen capitulation like that tonight. Utterly spineless and will shake the parish to its core. 150 odd years of tradition trampled in the mud....

thebigfullforward

Joey Clarke a very tidy player who should be knocking on the door for All Star nominations in the future. Didn't watch, what went wrong for Carmen. I don't buy into all this 'tradition' nonsense but I do expect most Carmen teams to give you a tight game no matter the players they have

Ryan Cush excellent around the middle of the pitch and Conor Cush v sharp at 14. Donaghmore better all over the pitch today with Carrickmore unable to get McGarrity and Fullerton into shooting positions

Carrickmore piss poor. Donaghmore lough final

Apparently the only time Carmen took a tanking in the Championship was when most of the senior team marched to Cork in 1921/22 to fight with Dan Breen.  The wee boys wearing the shirt tonight should think about that....

Fair play to donaghmore, have finally grown a set. If fergal logan manages to win a championship he will go down as one of the best managers in tyrone history.

The arrogance of carrickmore is baffling. How do they think they are even close to being contenders when they have that for a keeper and are still bringing on a 44 year old?

Delighted penrose wont ever win a championship with his adopted/sugar daddy club.

After being beat by Lough after replay last year [& with them then winning it] it was tough medicine and Im sure theyd have flogged themselves over winter. Determined to right the wrongs.

Now to end up year with that? Sickener for them.
Dont have the players fairly simple.
