Quote from: skeog on September 17, 2026, 02:21:33 AMThe half time draw is always good for the loose change in yout pocket.Another outlay is the various clubs fundraising the 1 for 20 3 for 40 and you say no cash they whip out the visa machine and before you know it your in lol.
Im all for the ticket selling initiative great to see the various clubs around Tyrone at it but think its abit far fetched for Fermanagh clubs such as Derrylin selling at Healy Park!

I recall an Armagh club attempting to sell tickets during a Tyrone club relegation playoff. I'm all for club development draws and will certainly buy one when at my door. But asking me to buy a ticket while I'm watching my club about to get relegated was a big WTF moment.

Had some club (think a Fermanagh one) try to sell me a ticket just as the ball was about to be thrown-in at Pomeroy a couple of weeks ago. At that stage they're just rubbing people up the wrong way.
Yeah its sickening too when the clubs are forking out big cash to outside managers, and then volunteers are out running round the country selling tickets to line their pockets. Something is gonna have to be done. Its an amateur sport at the end of the day. Bring back the inside manager.

I think a few of the Fermanagh ones are rubbing people up the wrong way, very agressive sellers. Special mention to the women from Irvinestown who bes in Healy wearing the air ambulance vest to make it look like its for air ambulance until she speaks to you.

100% on the money. Give me a fiver, tenner, twenty here there and everywhere from the regular gaels, spectators etc. - we need a new management team who are charging £75k, no problem at all...and that's filtering through the divisions. The size of the management team Carmen have for example is ridiculous.

The way it's going at the minute, the ordinary person who may be an interested, however not an obsessed Gael, is just gonna get fucked off with it and avoid.

They are parading the terraces in Tyrone Championship and league games which isn't right. No problem with selling / buying outside the gate. Once inside the spectators want peace to watch the game they paid into.

time to bring some normality back to the board after the recent idiot freshers on here got to access the internet for the first time in the mcclay library. no computers up that side of the country it seems.

edendork will beat clonoe fairly easily in the end up i think. conn is hard stopped, should be a good battle in the middle of the park anyway.

carmen beat donaghamore by 4 if they show up. donaghmore wont go down easy and will nip carmen if they are not at it.

lough will make light work of omagh in the end up. but will be in a game for 40 mins.

errigal show trillick the trap door and convinvily so. my favourites by a mile.

TheGlenellyGremlin

Predictions for this weekend

Edendork vs clonoe- Draw/who cares will be out next round anyway. Dazzler motm
Carmen vs Donaghmore- Carmen by however many they want, flower boys won't have the stones to make it a lively game. Lorcan mcgarrity motm
Lough vs Omagh- Omagh, shock of the weekend. No one giving them a chance like last year against errigal, would've beat them only for Shane meehan having a bet against them. Ben McFarland motm
Trillick vs errigal- Richie Donnelly back in the lineup for trillick will be vital in them winning this game and winning the whole thing. Richie Donnelly motm

Predictions for this weekend

Clonoe vs Edendork: Edendork by 2

C'more vs Donaghmore: Carmen to win at a canter, too much physicality for the stoops

Lough vs Omagh: Lough by 10+, there is a reason they're rock bottom

Errigal vs Trillick: Trillick by the minimum.

The dork must have some amount of dough about them. Flying lads back to play the rahilies. Rahilies by 6

Sparky Loughran should take up drag. Not happy unless he is centre of attention. Never seen worse he is a joke.
