Was a real game of two halves, such a cliché I know haha. Was evident Derrylaughan not at full strength with the likes of Owen Cush and the Clan na Gael coach missing. Dark horses and ones to watch.

All the talk of clubs being treated unfairly with AFL teams taking the players that the clubs have produced over the years but i didn't see anyone say anything when two "scouts" from essendon where in attendance last night ? Im told they are based here but i didnt see anyone have an issue last night!!!!

At the Kileeshil V Derryloughan game were they? If Dloughan lose anyone from that squad they'll be in junior next year and as for Kileeshil they will likely be back there in no time anyway. 2SS

Take Big Brian out of DL and they look limited, he was clearly injured , did nothing for large parts, yet was still able to contribute to most good things they did

RossaGael98

Im not saying they will take any lads from that game as i didnt think it was over all good football but it shows its not all by watching on TV to scout these players, these clubs are clearly doing homework in every province, its only getting bigger and i wouldnt be shocked if we as a county lose at least 1/2 in the next couple of years.

"Forget the Inter County lads. There's a wing forward in Killeeshil we need to have a look at." Catch a grip.

Some of the stuff that gets posted on this board is honestly beyond parody. Unless the "AFL scout" was big Scrub Hughes who happened to be wearing an AFL top, I think we can safely file this one under absolute rubbish.

RossaGael98

Currane is one of the fellas, as i say the chances off taking anyone from that game is next to zero but are you telling me they arent going to be at next weeks games? your deluded if you think they arent.

IFC is wide open this year so Derrylaughan could possibly win it but then what? They were the whipping boys in Division 1 last year and that wouldn't change if they went up via the championship. With 12 points in Division 2 this year in reality they are closer to Division 3. They'd be better off staying in Division 2 for a while and try to be more competitive there.

The bad injury to Carney was a major contributing factor. The only game they had Kennedy and Carney they beat Killyclogher.

The commentating on Tyrone tv is diabolical. Having to correct themselves about 100 times this evening cause they're blurting out pure dung

Cookstown will take a bit of stopping.

Looked very complacent to begin with and thought they would actually end up taking a bit of a trimming. Agree they'll be hard stopped from now on but a better team would've dumped them out of it tonight.

If we could beat the rock I'd pray for a fixture versus cookstown! We f**king owe them big time and if our boys have balls they would love a slap at them! IF!

Neeson McMurray & McElhatton - three Tyrone u20s missing for them is a big loss
Can't see them win it
