Disappointed to say the least. Not a rec and looked like ball over line in first half. We play probably the best brand of football at the moment. Full on. But defensively we not where we need to be.
That all been said congratulations to mayo and best wishes for remainder of the year.

Of course it was no red card (could have been a black for Mayo first actually) but thought Meath lost it in the 3-5 mins before half time. 9 points up they had chances to push that out to 11 but instead coughed up 2 points to leave a manageable gap for Mayo.
The few key turnovers, particularly by Costello if have to say, allowed Mayo grow into the game. A tough one to take for Meath.

Definitely a tough one even with the red card that wasn't we should have been out of sight. We let them back in
