McKernan will come good, he had some serious mistakes esp ball watching for goal. Just need to keep BK fit and DC back flying. Obvious McCurry was annoyed with himself and did a lot of work to get sharpness back.

ONeill

Cassidy evolving as a leader in the new batch of players. Very direct.
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

Need to sort out those absolute brain farts firstly. Morgan still has a major moment giving away the ball, led to a goal today. McKernan has a wile bad habit of simple soloing errors that lose possession and Teague needs to be called out for that brainless hit/sledging of McDonald, could have cost us the game.

Found the Canavan sub really strange, if he was fit for the bench surely he could have came on with 15 to go. If he wasn't fit for it keep him off the squad.

Overall delighted to be in the QF, the team are coming along nicely and the two week break could be really telling if other teams pick up injuries/tiredness.

Can't understand the Teague one though. I thought everyone was in favour for bringing that edge and toughness back? How is the push there any different from when a player pushes someone after they give a pass which happens every single game multiple times.  If Kobe gave a pass there and Teague pushed him it wouldn't have been called

Was a strange one alright. Was at the game and i noticed the ref was quick to turn his back as soon as the ball went out of play to try and get back up the pitch. He missed at least 4 frees to tyrone players for the same type of thing that kobe got a free for. McKernan was through on goal missed the shot, turned round to get back up the pitch and was met with a shoulder in the face but no free given.

Knock Yer Mucker In

You are 100% correct, in other words further examples of how a ref effects the result, selective application of the rules at our expense
local expert is as sick as a dog, ate to many mc dollars

Grace Murphy

Surely the feeling Morgan had was better than sex

Aaron Boone

Feels a relief to avoid that heavyweight draw this morning.

DaleCooper

Tyrone won 12 opp kickouts

Mayo won only 5

Important stat

Tyrone had 9 blocks. The hunger is there anyway. Great to see.

You're right; Kobe hit the deck handy enough; those sort of wee shoves happen all the time, but people normally stay on their feet.  N

Looking ahead to quarter finals we need to be far more direct and start going for 2pointers. My biggest frustration with management is our slow build up.

Any ideas why this may be?

Also thought Mattie Donnelly had a poor game against mayo by his standards. Got disposed a right few times dropped a few balls and overall thought he slowed the game down too much but this may have been a gameplan but not sure

God14

Mattie needs someone coming off the shoulder – he was quite isolated at times yesterday. Once there isn't an opportunity to shoot or quick lay off, he has no option but to solo and drift sideways

Think the new rules has sped Matty up, for a few years there he was chronic slow on the ball

Grace Murphy

McElholm will get the chop the QFs muckers.

Might be a good thing come off the bench and be lively

DaleCooper

Yeah I think his pace coming off the bench could be massive when defenders are tiring.

McCurry will be watched closer given form he has found
