Quote from: 2ndstringsub on June 12, 2026, 10:46:20 AMHas anyone seen correspondence from the county board about what is to happen if minors win tonight combined with the win/loss scenario of seniors on sunday?

Tyrone minors play next Friday, hence the Thursday round of fixtures across the board next week.

From what I've heard - if Tyrone win this Sunday - double game week next Thursday & Sunday.

If Tyrone lose this Sunday - double game week next Thursday and either Sat/Sun - opposite day of whichever Tyrone play.

I'm guessing it'll be Thurs/ Sun or Thurs/ Mon.

Can't see a scenario where it'll be Thurs/ Saturday.

Quote from: White Goodman on June 12, 2026, 01:32:24 PMGiven the emergence of Naomh Eoghan and Omagh showing that they are on the decline the last number of years, is there a possibility that the dregish lads that omagh poached do the right thing and go back to their home club?

I think it would be fair to say that Omagh would be division 2/3 without them and Naomh Eoghan would be a division 1 side with them.

Didn't want them at their worst don't deserve them at their best

Quote from: RouskyRanger on June 10, 2026, 01:34:57 PMIs this weekends game of Glenelly and fintona the league decider already?

Yes massive game, don't personally think fintona will have the players capable of marking our marksmen.

Not often I'm wrong! Although fintona were without key man Cormac Watson

scout

Big win for Moortown in the loughshore derby.

Dungannon alarming 0/3 so far.

Naomh Eoghain & cookstown early signs looking good.

Fintona maybe got a wake up call tonight, D3 won't be a cake walk

That is a total joke for club players.

Almost in mid-June and only 3 games played.

Few big wins tonight.

Was at the WWE in gortin myself. Choke slams , spears , clotheslines, suplexes, the game had it all. Only thing missing was a bit of football from aghaloo. Some man should open a boxing club up there, they'll probably do the same in donemana next year

Those 3 have been in the last 8 days as well. Only started a week ago yesterday.

Division 3 league looks to be a 2 horse race between stewartstown and glenelly. Fintona will have to go all out for the championship to get back to intermediate. Derrytresk and augher are holding their own.

In division 2 Naomh eoghan, Owen roes and cookstown have all got off to a flyer. Both Naomh eoghan and Owen roes were around the promotion playoffs last season so both will fancy their chances to compete for promotion this season. clubs like pomeroy, derrylaughlan and Moy will get better as the season goes on. Aghayarn and killeeshil already look like they will once again be in a relegation battle.

In division 1 Carmen, Galbally and eglish are the 3 teams with a 100% record so far although Eglish have certainly had the most impressive start to the league winning all 3 games having come up from intermediate.

The likes of Errigal, Trillick and donaghmore haven't had great starts to the league but you have to take into account the county players their playing without.

Dungannon who usually start the season well have had a disastrous start so far. In their first game they were 10 points up at half time in their home ground and ended up losing by 9. Their second game which was also at home they lead for majority of the game and still lost. Then their third game they got hammered away to Carmen.

There was a clonoe man on this forum last year who called Galbally a yoyo team. Since Galbally got promoted to senior football after winning the intermediate league in 1991 (35 years ago) they've been relegated back to intermediate 3 times. Clonoe are on course for their 3rd relegation to intermediate not only in a Row but in the last 5 seasons.

That's a complete joke. I don't know which is worse.

1. Club players only having played 2/3 league games.

2. Playing 3 games in 8 days.

WTF is going on in Tyrone club circles that they're allowing this to happen?

They've probably been training since December. I understand that all leagues are a bit wishy washy these days.

Gortin have always been known for that sort of stuff in intermediate football but as we seen last year when they played senior football they weren't able to intimidate anyone.

The problem is they're not wishy washy in Tyrone and clubs refused to play without u20s. I think there were 2 starters from Division 2 in the u20s from one club and it held up the entire league getting going.

6 month training with no matches followed by 3 months of matches. It's insanity.

Stall the Bailer

Not all club players have played 3 games, Beragh have only played 1, div 3 have 5 played and most of the reserves and 3a have played 8.
