If Tattyreagh want to guarantee their players more, higher quality games they should have got themselves promoted last year - esp considering they apparently have so many players available to them.

Could rejoining the two Division 3 Reserve leagues into one Reserve league work? while still having 2 separate leagues for the senior teams. obviously for next season.

It is probably the only solution for the reserve football altho dont know if it works either. It would mean reserve games on different nights from seniors, would players be willing to travel sometimes well over an hour on a week night for a reserve game? not so sure

Start the reserve leagues in mid March. Have them wrapped up for the end of June

Get Stall the Baler on the CCCC ASAP.  This is exactly what should be happening.  Reserves play on different nights in other counties and it works the best.

Clubs in Tyrone have rejected that multiple times - they don't want their adult teams out on different days of the week.

I mean start the reserves only about 8-10 weeks before the seniors, then the won't be out on different days. Only about 5-7 fixtures when the seniors start.

It's clear that there are demographic issues with most teams in D3A - clubs with either too little players or clubs with too many.

Around 4-5 players plus the 2 midfielders were both off the field by the start of 2nd half injured I think they were. Clarkes were 10 points up at the interval having played great football and Galbally had looked very poor up until that point but they got a goal straight from the 2nd half throw-in and then a couple of quick 2 pointers so the lead was nearly wiped out within a few minutes and Galbally then had all the momentum.

Thats Rd1 on Thursday/Friday and then most teams played their round 2 yesterday. I think there might be a couple of games this evening for teams that agreed to space their fixtures out with round 3 coming up on friday night.

Farcical but its what we have.

With games coming thick and fast momentum will be huge. In division two I think we could see teams that lost their first two games struggle. It can be tough to break the habit of losing.Some weekend for the teams getting two  wins and they could really push on. Who would have seen Drumquin Cookstown and Dregish lording it around the top of Division two? I think any of these teams can really push on
