Ulster team v Connacht team - s/be neutral Province venue unless a home/ away type of arrangement is in operation.

Id imagine its for galway going to the hurling after.

Why is playing within your province an advantage? Most counties in ulster hate tyrone. If armagh got a neutral Omagh venue against sligo for example, all tyrone ones would be cheering sligo.

Since when did HQ care about underage and matches clashing for supporers?

Only recently Donegal Minors was playing in Ulster semi-final the same time Donegal Seniors was playing in Killarney.

The idea that Cavan would be more of a home ground for Tyrone than Ashbourne is quite frankly laughable.
