Yer hole and follows it up with a woeful yellow to boot.

Blowitupref

Cork lead cut to one and down to 14 men.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

BigGreenField

Cork can feel fairly aggrieved at 3 or 4 decisions in the last 5 mins.

I've seen the red given although in the context of pushing a man away it seems harsh.

Quote from: 5times5times on May 23, 2026, 06:38:10 PMFair play to whoever asked Mcguinness the Q after the game.

100% legitimate Q and Mcguinness just a dickhead.

Same $hit after ulster final last year where of course he didn't see anything

Speaking of dickheads...

Only dickhead was how he reacted to the reporter.

How'd he react?

He was perfectly civil to the GAA+ reporter in the interview I saw. Admitted the red card had a huge impact on the game and that there was no way of telling how it would have went otherwise. O'Connor said he saw nothing either.

He questioned that the reporter had a motive. He simply brought up ger brennan and mcguinness had a hissy fit.

Never mind, I found it. Tommy Rooney.

No issue whatsoever with it, either with Rooney's question or Jim's response.

If he banned Rooney like he did with Declan Bogue, THEN I'd have an issue with it.
