Brilliant win. Even better when playing against 16 men.

Is Brendan Cawley the Kerry version of Dublin Joe?

The balder version. It looked like Mullingar had let it slip but didn't panic and got 2 pts in injury time.

St Joseph's Donaghmore win their first grade A title today winning the Dalton cup. Massive achievement for the small convent.

Great result, but the school does pull from some of the Tyrone underage strongholds, Donaghmore, Galbally, Lough Shore- coalisland area - so not a major shock, have been performing well at a level for a while.

The IMS has extended that reach a good bit further also. Fair play to them, great to see two new teams in a final.

Duine Inteacht Eile

Donaghmore, Castlewellan & Ballymena being 3 of the last 4 in an A football competition certainly is unusual. Fair play to them all.
