Funny I thought our kick outs were a small issue, I expected Ryans to be stronger that Shea but maybe hampered slightly by lack of physically big men around the middle.

Mid 2nd half we had Glass, Mc Kinless, Rogers, Clucky, CD all on the sideline so that would make it hard for any keeper. Its great they all could get rest at this stage in the league.

Dan Higgins and Eoin Mc Evoy done a fairly heavy running session before it started so I assume they aren't far away. Sunday shaping up to be a cracker, big chance to put Meath game totally to bed and show they're the best team in the Div 2. Which they are.

Who else was in that group? I'd Glass, Higgins and McEvoy then I wasn't too sure on the other 2,thought it was E Young and maybe McDermott or Sargent.

He struggled to find medium (Short) kickouts that were on. He had tunnel vision. This was against very poor opposition aswell. What would he be like if hes in goals against the big teams is the question. Cork will test it next weekend.

I said during the game that our kickouts were very disappointing. It was the one weak spot we had, and I'm sure that'll not go unnoticed by other teams. It is hard to be critical when we dominated the scoreboard but it would be a concern against better opposition. Hopefully, that is something they'll analyse this week. It is a big game this weekend, and we want to keep the steady momentum we're slowly building.

It was his first game back for few week and generally his kickouts are first class so I wouldn't panic, take away the main target around the middle in Glass and slightly limits his options.

On a plus note and I know Offaly were terrible but Ruairi Forbes is turning into a top class player. The lads still only young but has slotted into Full back. Big, strong and a good tackler.
When see Mc Evoy and Mc Closkey to come back and Shea Downey realistically first to give way management have a big decision to make on the next one. Well documented that I wouldn't be totally gone on Baker but he is a mainstay at this stage. Touch wood doesn't seem to get injured, gives everything and is always there. He would be a hard man to drop.

Great problem to have but it does mean one quality player has to sit on the bench. If McKinless and the knee wrap indicates anything McEvoy could slot in there for a game or two.

Come championship something has to give and the demise of Padraig McGrogan was exaggerated a bit, I didn't think he was the fall man before and I really don't now.

I'd imagine a big sold out win against another Nordie outfit the weekend past focussed the mind and Horse got them to move it to give them a better chance!

Feeling confident ahead of sunday, think we have got our mojo back, if we beat cork i feel we are in for a long summer, momentum will keep rolling

Great to see big dan and McEvoy on the return too

That was a good team we put out last week and Glass, Clucky, Higgins, McEvoy, Murray all didnt play , i think we are finally getting a bit of depth

jb77

Be great to have McEvoy back in soon, more leavers this week unfortunately
