The pressure is to start Sesko, but they are winning as it is, so hopefully Carrick keeps it the same

Palace at home is a difficult game the way they play with the pace they have, but a better run of results that wasn't expected

Lammens is a cool customer. How refreshing is it to see a keeper able to hold a ball. A good find by united.

Can be very hard to make the same impact from the start vs off the bench, see Mbuemo limped off so Carricks hand might be forced.

Lammens excellent last night, some difference from having dumb and dumber in goal.   Am I right in saying the only league defeats since he's came in were Everton and Villa

Lammens was Uniteds MOTM, which is saying something as Everton are limited in the attacking sense and were still all over United in the second half only to get caught out on the break.

Caught the last 20 mins of the match. For all the pressure United were under they didn't look troubled once. Dealt with the corners easily. Lammens had a couple of decent saves in that spell but nothing that had him in too much difficulty. Thought they looked very composed.

The only other thing I'd say is that there will come a match where United need cool heads to secure a vital point or three and Cunha's eagerness to get into the mouthy stuff with opposition players will cost them.

All over them? Yes they won  corners but bar theyre 1 tactic of tryimg to put the keeper under pressure that totally failed , united were comfortqbly holdimg them.

Yeah, because like I said, Everton were limited in their attacks.

Afford any of the better teams that much possession and territory and it'll a different story.

Palace at home right now is one of the best fixtures in the league.  Manager going at the end of the season, nothing really to play for in the league and should be throwing all their eggs in European basket with a second leg on Thursday night.

A top 3 finish would be amazing for United. Champions league will get them attracting big players again.

If they finish top 4, they have to keep Carrick on.

I like that they're back to counter attacking football

Has Rio been  going mental, dancing on the sand ,  shouting  United are back , and to give  Carrick  the job full time yet?

If Carrick comes 4th he should get the job, if he comes 3rd he 1 million % should get the job and a war chest

Didn't know until a week ago that Ferdinand could have played for Ireland. His Ma was Irish. Probably explains the name Anton for his brother if indeed it is the Irish version.

For someone with a rake of different clubs, he lost the run of himself that time alright.

Still wish he had have played for Ireland.
