What is this 'feminist demonstration' nonsense?

The fella went to a speech by an MEP specifically to attack it and those there. They did that because the MEP was a Muslim and in his worod all Muslims are rapists. That isn't in dispute. His mob have a terrible reputation for violence and the left have been forced to create a Vanguard.

So in all the whinging about political violence, let's not forget who 'started it'.

Genocide Organ

Collectif Némésis is a feminist and identitarian group that was holding a demonstration. Was the MEP attacked? No. Was Deranque armed? No. Was he isolated and kicked to death on his way home by armed antifa cowards? Yes. Some 'vanguard'. Their ilk did the same to Identity Ireland here before, chasing down non-violent individuals. And the same to a lone Clann Eireann member there recently. And they tried to disrupt a National Party meeting not so long ago, too. Republicans masquerading as nationalists. Only that time they got more than they bargained for. Who started it? It's always the left.

Holding a demonstration against what? They were the ones 'starting it'.

She wasn't attacked because they fought the fascists off.

All the media reported him as armed. He was violent. Give over with the victim hood. He went looking for it and bit off more than he could chew.

Rightwing     populism assails foreigners, minorities and the political elites who protect them. Under rightwing populism, the     economic  loss over time  is some 10 per cent.

Hah! What media? Red rags? Armed with what, by the way? I didn't see one report that he was armed. And among those arrested were ones with connections to an ultra-left political party, and they were most certainly armed.

"They fought the fascists off"?!! What, a bunch of young women and girls? Hard men, all right. Why shouldn't the feminists be allowed demonstrate? Because you say so? Pah.

You are a very strange man.

I didn't say feminists shouldn't protest. I'm saying you need to be a cabbage to believe that is what the protest was about. The dead guy was a born again catholic extremist. Feminism my Swiss.

Three men in court jointly accused of raping woman in Belfast

Three men appeared in court today jointly accused of raping a woman in Belfast.

Hassan Mohamud, 35, Abdrihman Abdihakim Ali, 21, and Rotimi Adeyemo, 55, were arrested by detectives investigating an alleged serious sexual assault on Monday.

All three men entered the dock at Belfast Magistrates' Court to be charged with a count of rape.

Although no details about the circumstances were disclosed during the brief hearing, an investigating detective said he could connect each of them to the alleged offence.

Mohamud and Ali, both Somali nationals with an address at Agincourt Avenue in the city, were granted bail on agreed terms.

District Judge Suzanne Rice ordered the pair to stay at approved accommodation and banned them from any contact with the complainant.

Adeyemo, originally from Nigeria but living at Canterbury Street in Belfast, did not make an application for bail.
The court was told that his release on licence in a separate case has now been revoked.

Judge Rice remanded him in custody until March 25, when the case against all three men will be reviewed.

Bail! Always bail for the most horrific attacks, (including rape) on women. Is like judges have no regard here for women even when evidence is compelling and bail is strongly opposed by police. Whether foreign or local defendants. Total bullsh*t.

If the cnuts had to be arrested by armed police they shouldn't be allowed back on the street.

Maybe need a Courts thread here as this isn't specifically Far Right but on earlier note, this is horrific.
Courts in Ireland (north & south) need a total overhaul on crimes against children and women.
...."A former Irish soldier, who possessed "depraved" sexual images and videos of children, has been given suspended jail sentences and is to be assessed for suitability to work in the community as punishment and efforts at his rehabilitation."

In Northern Ireland, there is a presumption that bail will be granted, as an accused person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
This is the same for all of us, the method of arrest, the nationality or ethnicity of the accused is not relevant.
If they were dissident republicans they may not have got out but otherwise it was very likely.

That last case the issue is the sentencing... horrendous to even consider putting him into the community... and no jail term!?
Aye I understand presumption of innocence but judges go against police strongly opposing bail and some of the most henious allegations.
Does seem to be internment with a lot of dissident republican cases, often not even getting to trial.
