Didnt move it up whole game or in the other semi, on sport tg4 to the end. There multi times in that game the ball was delayed handing back to the player to slow it down. Hows the man on the ground even know what way that free going. Hes not looking at the ref.

The An Gaeltacht players don't want the ball handed back there. It's not their fault and I'd do the same. Stand over him, hand on the back so he can't stand up and make the ref call it. But this is what the people wanted I suppose so no use in complaining. Was always against it. Pure joke

Rules are rules. The player lay on the ball and messed around. Correct decision to stop this happening. Like it or lump it but you can clearly see he stops the ball been released

You can't. Literally impossible. Even more so when you have 3 opposition players standing over you making sure you can't get up properly. Already said it but those An Gaeltacht players did the right thing. Why would you want the ball handed back there when you can force the Sallins player to stay on the ground for a bit longer and force the ref to bring it forward

That was some brave call to hit tge winner.
I do agree it was harsh to move it up but f me, the Sallins keeper lashed a free thst came down with snow on it resulting in a turnover and point.
The steady play as mentioned until 6 lashed it wide and lots more self-inflicted Sallins damage.
Missing Colm Dalton was huge, he is a serious players.
