Charlie smyth the hero again. Great stuff. The red zone on sky is loads of fun to watch as all the matches near a finish it becomes absolute chaos. I know the colts have had some injuries but f#ck me have they just blown up after a great start to the season

Serious balls shown by Smyth to nail that one at the end. Does it earn him a full time spot on the roster? He can't play any more games now unless they put him on the full time roster

Would be very, very hard for them to turn round and send him back to the practice squad. See out the last few games and he sounds start next season as first choice.

Bear in mind that being on the roster and first choice on the depth chart offers you free enough guarantees still as a kicker...

I'd say he has to get a roster contract now.  I know they cant elevate him again without doing that.  If they dont, other teams will certainly want him in the off season.

Yeah it looks that way as he has been elevated again to the active roster. Delighted for him.

Bit more life about the Saints over the past few weeks too, with Tyler Shough showing signs, despite key injuries to the likes of Kamara.

Was an ugly enough kick but had plenty of leg. Kick those ones straight and they'll have no issue going to him for 60+.

Aye, I think he's made plenty of 60+ in practice, so he's well capable. It's mostly about mentality at that level and I think he has what it takes.

Dont think u guys understand how uncommon 60yard fields goals are. Teams dont normally try them, as it gives the other team very good field position.
