You can have some sanctuary city policies that encourage cooperation and engagement with the law and justice system without going to the extreme of witholding someone like that from immigration authorities.

However, the large majority of those being rounded up without any due process, literally being randomly abducted off the streets and out of their family's lives without warning, have no criminal record and are simply being targeted due to their skin colour and Miller's quotas. In some cases, some of them are actual citizens. They made up lies annd disobeyed court orders about a bunch of the Venezuelans and others they shipped off to the horrific gulag in El Salvador.

In other more non-random cases, they were DACA "dreamers" who've been in the country since they were young kids, but had some non-criminal struggles e.g. the mother of the nephew of that weapon of a press secretary where the Leavitt family appear to want her out of the picture. And in yet others, they're sweeping up people who've been in the country for literally decades, have served the country in combat and been awarded military medals for their service e.g. the fellow who was deported to Korea and whose case appears to have caught Noem lying to Congress yesterday (one wonders if she'll be brought up on charges like Comey was?).

Nothing the Dems did or didn't do justifies the fascist tactics and the sadistic glorying in terrorizing these people that Trump and his MAGA minions and hordes are currently inflicting on the country.

Tesco for the chip pan, Bangor Fuels for the home heating oil, varies for the cars, why do you ask?

Oil is need for much more that your shopping as well as you know.

Getting oil or acquiring it illegally as in this case for instance we tend to give off, but not worry too much as to where or how it's got to your door for your basic needs, plus for the other stuff oil is used for.
