As a tax paying and law abiding citizen I find it bordering on insane that Democratic States and Cities refuse to hand rapists, child molesters, murderers, repeat drunk drivers, violent criminals and drug dealers over to ICE for deportation

If they were handed over and these ludicrous policies were rescinded a lot of these ICE raids would cease

As I've stated here many times, if people are here illegally and are otherwise law Abiding I have no issue

I find it surprising that you are rooting for rapists murderers and drug dealers over regular law abiding people

An interesting video on why the US is so interested in Venezuela's oil even when they're drilling like never before in the US.

You'd normally just ask, why not buy the crude on the open market from Venezuela like you are from Canada, but that is a  very simplistic and naive outlook from me.

Where do you get your oil based products Johnny?

Tesco for the chip pan, Bangor Fuels for the home heating oil, varies for the cars, why do you ask?

Oil is need for much more that your shopping as well as you know.

Getting oil or acquiring it illegally as in this case for instance we tend to give off, but not worry too much as to where or how it's got to your door for your basic needs, plus for the other stuff oil is used for.

I pay for the stuff, so not sure of your point. And those involved in the supply chain to get those oil based products to me make huge dividends for their shareholders and owners.

What you may be alluding to is that it's OK for Western powers to subvert international law and we'll turn a blind eye, but woe behold those Yemeni's, Somalians for forcing Western ships away from the Suez canal and causing more cost to us Western consumers?

Sorry, but it's utter nonsense to say that a lot of thr ICE raids would cease.

There is nothing stopping them targeting serious criminals and repeat offenders as things stand. Very few would have an issue with that, especially as it's long standing policy.

Excusing them by saying the Dems are making them do it is laughable.

This is about a lot more than illegal immigration. It's about Trump, Miller and MAGA wanting immigrants from Scandinavia and white South Africa (Trump's own words and actions), but not "third world shitholes". It's about the Great Replacement Theory. They're bigoted, racist scum, and they've well and truly taken off the mask and proudly owned it.

What I'm alluding to simply is that the consumer (me, you, and the rest) don't really care enough, and if they the western eastern and Middle Eastern countries are supplying it, by whatever means, we'll keep taking it.

It makes no difference, I actually sympathise with Somalians as they have very very little and ravaged by internal wars for decades. But stop with the western bad shite, they all bad, show me a super power that's good?
