I know he got a second term

If the NY Times had exposed the disastrous policies as they were unfolding, would that have forced Joe and (Border Czar) Kamal to course correct earlier (and possibly not have handed Trump a winning issue)

Trump won because there are massive swathes of horrible people out there who just want a white nation for a white people with whom their financial self interest best lies. But they still want their tacos.

What's your favourite? Hopefully not something boring like pollo.

This is silly nonsense and I don't even like Trump.

"Trump made his largest county gain in the country in 95% Hispanic Maverick County, which swung 28% to the right. Trump also won 97.7% Hispanic Starr County, the most Hispanic county in the country, the first time a Republican won the county since 1892.[6] Harris's 12 counties won was the least for any Democrat in the state (Texas) since George McGovern in 1972."

Is Hispanic america white supremacist now too?

Hispanics get along better with each other than getting on with Americans, but, Hispanics black and white grouping have some beef with each other, not much but their definitely is a divide there.. Not that makes a difference in that swing which would leave me to believe that Hispanics are dumb ass's  ;)
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Trump certainly had growth in the hispanic communities - but still took less than half the hispanic vote (48%)

He also won out in the demographic of voters on the basis of education (those without a degree), those in rural areas, and those who routinely (once a month or more) attend a religious institution to worship.

Regardless, it is my opinion that a vote for Trump was a vote for hatred, and 77 million people got it very wrong and he won because there is a rise in hatred in this nation.

Why Puckoon do you feel the need to label it as a vote for hatred? Why is it so important for people these days to disagree vehemently instead of just acknowledging a difference of opinion.

America has swing states. It always has and always will, and the reason for this is because there's always clusters of people across the US who feel let down by the current government.

the Democrats created a mess, and it looked like their solution was going to be to keep doing exactly the same thing.

When a vote only actually matters if it's cast for one of two parties, it doesn't leave an awful lot of choice for change.

Hatred has f**k all to do with it.

I'd say the Hispanic voters for Trump are regretting now with his Gestapo/ICE agents rounding up everyone with brown skin they can find..

Good points but I wouldn't say hatred has f**k all to do with it, theres definitely a large amount of that being directed (in the wrong direction usually)

Stupid, ilinformed, lazy, stereotypical, elitist and clueless opinion to say the least

You should be embarrassed at posting such nonsense, but I'm sure you lack the self awareness

This isn't the kind of discussion that lends itself to the phrase difference of opinion. We aren't discussing the merits of liver and onions. It's not like 2016, this time the world was fully aware what he would bring.

There's no gentle disagreeing in America at the moment, the current president and administration lead up the sewer from which those who adore him drink. They take their lead from him and he in his own authentic words... HATES his opponents.

I know what I see and I know what I hear. Show me where the word hate is overkill in reference to his daily nonsense. Anyone with a shred of decency around him gets ousted, renamed as a RINO and replaced with those prepared to do his bidding no questions asked. Hatred is his currency.

Yeah, they are.

Stephen Miller has quotas he needs met, and they're just going out and chancing their arm a lot of the time, questioning anyone brown who happens to cross their path. God help you if you don't your papers.

And anyone planning to visit the US in the coming months and years, they're talking about searching your online history and social media before allowing you in.

If you have a Trump or Vance meme on your phone or Facebook, you might be shit out of luck.

Should help attendances at the World Cup next year.

Yep, there are plenty of Hispanics in the US who are deeply regretting voting for Trump as ICE and the CBP run amok. Trump will get inflation under control and the economy rolling again, and won't folow through on any of the other stuff, they argued (assuming they were even aware of it). Hope they're enjoying seeing their neighbours and families terrorized and the economy turning to shit (at least to the extent we're aware, now that Trump has shut down the release of any economic data from the BLS).

They remind of certain individuals on here who were certain last year that the only thing that mattered in the presidential campaign was Gaza, that Trump would never make good on his promises to start rounding people up into camps or shred the government or any of the other shit that was clearly obviously coming. No difference between Harris and Trump we were assured.

And Trump has revealed himself to be an out and out racist this time out, to pile on top of all the other bigoted characteristics he has clearly demonstrated. His comments about Somalians last week were beyond appalling, and all the lapdogs and lickspittles in his cabinet just knodded and applauded.

So looking back in the cold light of day, was 4 years of open borders under Biden  worth it?

Were sanctuary policies worth it? where rapists and murderers we're let walk free and not handed over to law enforcement

Was it worth it for the media to lie to the American people and gaslight them for 4 years about what Biden and Kamala were doing?

We have discussed this many times here before and you know where I stand-enforce the border and get the 10M+ who are already here undocumented on a
