There's no single thing.

Jota. Squad and first team upheaval with new players not yet integrated. Woeful defensive organization, made worse by their ineffectiveness at then breaking down teams protecting leads.

At the very least they have to get the defensive set up sorted out so they stop conceding such soft goals.

They'd a great start to the season so I'd say while Jota's death will be on their minds they managed very well from the start of the season..

The start was papering over the cracks with all those late winners. The defensive issues were there from the Bournemouth game. They never had control in any of those games.
