Quote from: ClubScene13 on July 25, 2025, 10:24:38 PMWhat's the rules on Clogher - Cookstown H2H?

Cookstown won first meeting by 3 points and have significantly better score difference but they play again in Clogher's last game.

Would a 4 point win do Clogher or will it be score difference where they have no chance?

Cookstown have Glenelly, Strabane, Drumragh before then so wouldn't rule out a slip up just yet.

It's irrelevant, Cookstown too good and I'd fully expect them to beat Clogher in the final game.

I do think it's head to head.

This man knows.  Its not going to matter.  Cookstown will waltz to an all Ireland junior. They have 40 training and that's after axing loads who weren't giving the commitment required.
Think there is massive disrespect being given to Clogher. Would think Clogher have a much better chance of staying up next year than Cookstown.

Nope. Apparently cookstown have back to back promotions and already have there name on the oneill cup within the next 2/3 years.

For anyone into their history...

Derrytresk the first team to go on this year's Roll Of Honour:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tyrone_All-County_Senior_Football_Leagues

Seems to be some confusion about the naming of Division 3. Official CCC doc says Division 3 and 3A
but the Results section on Tyrone site say 3A and 3B. Guess it will be whatever it says on the trophy.

Reserve Championship began 50 years ago, here is a list of all the Finals:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tyrone_Reserve_Football_Championships
If you see anything wrong let me know and I'll check it out.

Senior Championship Wiki was beefed up recently.
The Joe Martin 1984 and 2003 books were fantastic resources to have here.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tyrone_Senior_Football_Championship

The Intermediate and Junior Championship wiki pages aren't in great shape, similar to what the Senior Wiki was previously like.
Hope to get them up to speed before the championship starts.

What's your view on keeping Errigal Ciaran and Ballygawley St Patrick's as seperate entities in the roll of honours?

Think they should be as one tbh but Errigal and County Board would have to come together and agree on that.

Wise up. We are far beyond that at this stage.

We can say this and that about referees in the county but it's going to all come down to the same collusion and it's never going to change. "This refs shite", "This ref never gave us this". Shut the F up and play football. That's the whole point of the ref at the end of that day, play football and I love to see the dorty ball going about.

I'm failing to understand how we're being looked past? Cookstown still have us to play before they can start celebrating

Cookstown will romp to the Intermediate B Double then intermediate double next year with all the players Jayo is blooding. Man's a genius and fair play to him - inside man not taking a penny and might even plaster a few walls in the down time unlike Clogher paying a ransom to a couple of men who jumped ship on Gortin.

Up the Rocks Mucker.

Can anyone educate me on the massive drop off with St Endas this year? League form seems abysmal.

Would say it's a mix of players missing at various stages and only 1 player doing the majority of the scoring by the looks of it. Not sure what the youth is like either

There aren't many that live in Omagh St Enda's catchment any more. Omagh was always a big soccer town which coexisted with lads playing GAA on Sundays.

The Dromore Road side has been gobbled up by Drumragh.
The East of Omagh suburban side of the town has been gobbled up by Killyclogher who, when they were set up, were a village club  on the edge of town.
