Someone told me kildress have won 4 in a row girls feiles... surely that's made up?

Yeah I do believe that's true. All those volunteers in kildress involved with those ladies teams deserve huge credit.

Grade 1 final ended Galbally 2-5 Cappagh 1-3.

Galbally beat ardboe in the semi and cappagh beat eglish in theirs.

Not 100% sure about the other grades.

Thanks, checked Greencastle's FB page and thankfully they have the result. Beat Coalisland 3-4 to 1-1 in the final.

It's a girls club then fair play. They be a top tip for a few roisin jordan cups or whatever the name is on the Senior girls championship.

Very poor but what do you expect from the CCC - this is standard practice from them.
At least let everyone know the scenarios from here onwards..

If louth win, then I am hearing it will be first weekend in June that the Div 1 games will start

If mayo win, I think it might be a week earlier

How did it get to this anyway?

Years ago lads played an all ireland u21 semi final in the afternoon and a club game in the evening.

Not saying that was right but now we have swathes of footballers not knowing when they will be playing a game.

Somewhere along the line the balance completely switched to county football holding every card and club football being squeezed to the point that Tyrone will be under pressure to be like every other county. If you want to play club league games then the players the clubs produced will rarely play for them.

And the leagues will basically become friendly games.

I feel this is a contributing factor to the lack of support at county level. People are peeved!!!

Took myself down to Owen Roes and Coalisland, Baffles me that young Tiarnan Quinn didnt get more game time at the county . He will terrorise defensives in Div 2 this year.

In all seriousness, though a quality player, he isn't better than any of the inside forwards that are on the panel
