Don't think it's a rumour, has been widely reported following the trial. Her counsel brought it to the judge - hard to imagine that being done without any evidence of it.

He was not found guilty of rape.

Also don't assume I am apologist for anything because I pulled you on inaccurate reporting of information. Its obvious he is a horrible individual. I wouldn't be in the slightest bit surprised if other woman now came forward with similar stories. The time he hit the old man in the bar said it all.

Heard this cleared up by a legal expert online. Guilty of assaulting her by raping her. (Rape is a form of assault)
