I'm actually ok with things atm, yes we're going into the first few games pretty much as we were but I think he'll get them in before the window closes. Idah deal will probably be done before the weekend/early next week and Celtic are chasing a LB too. Come 30th August it could be a different story but still 4 weeks to go and I think we'll get majority of the deals done

illdecide is your man for Celtic tickets but don't bring him with you anywhere you go! It'll cost you a fortune! Didn't put his hand in his pocket all weekend and me got him the ticket.

Celtic get Idah for....£9.5m.

Now I know I'm the first to give out about Celtic buying players but I think Celtic have been robbed on this one.

Seems to be a panic signing, at that price.

Unless he scores 35 goals in the SPL, then he'll not be worth that.

Main Street

Celtic should have demanded a 50% cut of the difference in value of Idah, from the time before he signed a loan deal to when the season ended.

Yeah, messed about for months then panic. Typical Celtic.

What's the big Greek worth now that we let go?

It could rise to 9.5 is what I've read. Haven't seen how though or what the initial fee is

Idah of course is worth 9m. You can have it both ways. Celtic always penny pinching, buying lads almost out on contract or getting them on loan. This is what the market is for players like Idah that are in contract. I think it's a good buy. Saying he'll have to score 30 goals to justify it is rubbish, he's not that type of player.

He's not worth £9m.  He couldn't even get a game for Norwich ffs. It's a record fee for Celtic.

The lad Mivoski, who has just left Aberdeen for £6m, is a far better player.

You must be the only Celtic fan who thinks he's worth £9m.

Not sure Bannside.

Very similar to Idah.

What I'm saying is in today's transfer market that's the going rate for players at his level. Hes 23, in contract, has played PL and is an international. Look at what's some very average players are being sold for. I would also say he played a very big part in celtic coming out of their wobble last season and winning the double.

When you put it like that £9m sounds cheap.
