Brolly said at half time Tyrone were well in the game and at full time he said he knew the game was over at half time.
"When it's too tough for them, it's just right for us"

Joe...... takes....... an awful long time........ to get........ his point....... across.

True, but there is a bit of thought there. Thought That himself and O'Rourke were better today without Spillane. Spillane looks for Catchy lines and Metaphors. He really is a Sunday World Journalist - All headline and no content!
He is probably also a Sunday World reader.

Jez, Spillane just would not let O'Hara or Whealan talk about the GPS that Tyrone were using. Poor form! It was one of those if you can't argue just shout him down! And as for the Blanket rant about Limerick..... jez!  :-[

Using a 'senior analyst' for the evening show is designed to boost ratings, but Spillane and Brolly are total attention whores. They are too domineering and the younger, better-informed analysts are being shouted down.
It'll be interesting to see if Colm does a stint as that would mean leaving the other two head the balls together in a studio for the daytime broadcast.
If you were any use you'd be playing.

We could give them the breakfast after the Sunday Game slot.

Brolly & Spillane every Monday of the season from 0600 to 0615. You could catch them after Coppers.

I thought Joe must have had a few chillums before the half time ramble, as he waxed on about Donegal being so relaxed, sooo relaxed and confident.
It's pretty clear that he's wound O'Rourke up, so much so that he's resorted to scoring cheap sarcastic points against Brolly, Lyster intervened quicker than a Tyrone dive to divert any chance of yet another outbreak of hissy fits.

I thought Lyster managed the show very well. He looks alright, leaner and healthier than before.

QuoteBrolly said at half time Tyrone were well in the game and at full time he said he knew the game was over at half time.

Which they were. He also said that 'he would believe it when he see's it' on Tyrone's chances of winning the game.
They get momentum, they go mad, here they go
