FT 3-2 where the f**k did that 2nd half come from? United deserved the win just! Bebe,Park,Smalling played well but Hernandez will get all the headlines again

Aye would be thinking that alright.  Mind you, going over to the Pool thread and stirring just wouldn't be my cup of tea... different strokes I suppose

FFS he is not even a regular in his club side, he is talented but he is not world class at the moment.
Armagh, the one true love of a mans life.

Entertaining game lastnight with the reserves doing well. All good, well worked goals but defence let the team down. Evans is just getting worse instead of better. Hernandez is turning out a gem, he reminds me of a young Micheal Owen. Bebe looked lively and could work out OK.

Chicarito . . .

The Mexican Pelé!!!

Looks like Hernandez will get some more game time? Michael Owen is ruled out for 2 weeks & of course Rooney is not back for a couple of weeks.

Smalling was the only composed figure in defence last night at just 20 he's definitely one for the future, Obertan was a disappointment last night his decision making was poor & he reminded me of a 21 year old Nani

Macheda is very raw & probably needs to be sent out on loan in January playing regularly will improve him.

When I find myself in times of trouble, chicarito comes to me,
heading, shooting, scoring , little pea.
And in my hour of darkness he is standing right in front of me,
heading, shooting, scoring , little pea.

...Little pea, little pea, little pea, little pea.
Javier Hernandez , little pea.

‎65 years ago Sir Matt Busby took charge of his first game as manager of Manchester United. Sir Matt was instrumental in giving young players the opportunity to show they were good enough and assembled a fine crop of youngsters, who became known as the 'Busby Babes.' Following the tragedy of Munich in 1958, he oversaw the rebuilding of Manchester United, culminating in a fantastic European Cup win just 10 years later, where United lit up Wembley stadium with a scintillating victory over Portuguese maestros Benfica. He is without question one of English football's greatest-ever managers
