Copied from another forum, agree with pretty much all of it although would keep Tielemans as he's a good player but hasn't shown it yet. Anyone thats been there long term and screwed multiple managers can go.

It's time for Ralfs radical surgery.

I'm sick of players downing tools and getting good people like Carrick and Ole sacked.

Both could have been better managers from a coaching perspective but both came from an era when lack of effort would have you drummed out of the club in days, not hang around for years.

Carrick would look like a dead man walking if lose to Bournemouth at weekend, Bournemouth big game on Thursday night against Milan.

Bournemouth beat AC Milan managed by former United coach Ruben Amorim 3-0 tonight.

last two games in Old Trafford was 3-0 wins for Bournemouth so it could well be Michael Carricks last match in charge.

Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Milan had their keeper sent off in the first half so that help, but still who would've ever believed Bournemouth could beat the great AC Milan!

They drew 4-4 at OT last season.

Such a silly sending off it was.

Full circle moment for them playing and beating Milan.

QuoteIn the summer of 1970, following Bournemouth's relegation to the Fourth Division, incoming manager John Bond and chairman Harold Walker wanted to reinvent the struggling club. Seeking to inject glamour and a winning mentality, Bond decided to completely replicate the stripes of the Italian powerhouse AC Milan, who had recently won the European Cup in 1969.

I stand corrected.  Two of the last three games in Old Trafford was 3-0 wins for Bournemouth

Good press conference from Carrick, hope he gets a response. Any player that gives up on a manager and downs tools to get a manager sacked should never be let near the team again. Players need shown that the club will back a manager over them. Either work your balls off or leave.

Captain Scarlet

But the players know that the best option for them is not work your balls off or leave.
Leaving means leaving behind money they won't get anywhere else bar Saudi.

What will continue to happen is they down tools, the manager gets sacked and rinse and repeat.

them mysterons are always killing me but im grand after a few days.sickenin aul dose all the same.
